The Four Seasons Resort, The Biltmore

+ Project Info

This resort enjoys a beguiling location overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Montecito. Originally unveiled in 1927 the historic property was designed by the well-known architect, Reginald Johnson and the popular landscape architect, Ralph Stevens. A unique synthesis of Mediterranean, Spanish Colonial and Moorish Revival architecture, this 207 Room Resort with its exotically planted courtyards and gardens has an exceptional reputation for quality standards and guest experience. When the property was acquired by the Four Seasons Hotel Company, we collaborated with the development team to upgrade and to enhance the Gardens and Courtyards throughout the property. These initiatives included comprehensive improvements to the guest arrival experience, the addition of feature water elements, the reconfiguration of guest parking and the creation of new expanded sea view, outdoor dining and lounge terraces. Collectively, the garden enhancements combined with the impeccable Service standards of Four Seasons management team dramatically re-established the property’s reputation as an exceptional and unique destination for both independent and group visitors.
